Springwater Park Condominiums are located in Northville Township on the south side of Six Mile Road just west of Haggerty. All condos were built in the 2000’s and some are brand new. School District

Springwater Park lies in the Plymouth Canton School District. The highly acclaimed school district has 16 elementary schools, six middle schools, three high schools and two alternative education schools. Plymouth and nearby Northville and Livonia also have numerous excellent private religious schools. Bus transportation to and from school is provided for all Plymouth Canton Public School students living in Springwater Park.

Springwater Park Location

Springwater Park Condominiums are located in Northville Township on the south side of Six Mile Road just west of Haggerty. This location provides great access to all Metro Detroit area freeways. In fact, I-275 lies just ¼ mile east of this location. Since I-275 links to M-14, I-696 and I-96 within a few miles of Springwater Park, you can easily travel to any area in southeast Michigan.  In fact, even I-94 and Metro Airport are easily accessible from this area.

Shopping

This prime area has everything you need within walking distance. Kroger’s, CVS, Hyde Steak House, REI, Barnes and Noble, Office Depot, Einstein Bros Bagels, Applebees, PF Changs, a hair salon, Charlie’s Grille and Wendy’s are SOME of the shops within walking distance. Additionally, there are numerous grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, shopping malls, pharmacies, a Costco, Meijers, Home Depot and more within a mile or two. In other words, anything you need is very close by.

Parks

Beautiful Hines Park is a short drive from Springwater Park. In fact, the park is about one mile west of this condo complex. Hines Park has disc golf, biking trails, walking paths, picnic areas and sledding hills. Hines Park extends for miles through Wayne County and is quite popular during nice weather.  Fish Hatchery Park on 7 Mile in Northville is also a nice place to visit. This smaller park has tennis courts, baseball diamonds and 4 gazebos. There are some picnic tables, park benches and a barbecue grill at this little park.

Downtown Areas

Springwater Park lies in Northville Township and is part of the Plymouth Canton School District. Both Plymouth and Northville have beautiful downtown districts. Luckily, Springwater Park is close to both great areas.

Downtown Northville – This quaint area is filled with unique shops, businesses, and restaurants. You can grab a cup of coffee, a loaf of homemade bread, enjoy a sports’ bar, meet with an accountant or lawyer, relax with fine dining, catch a show, go to the bank, visit a boutique, or get a haircut. In the summer, there are numerous concerts, art shows, street festivals and activities throughout town. Northville is filled with friendly people and interesting shops.

Downtown Plymouth – This downtown area is larger than Northville’s downtown and has a park in the middle. Similar to Northville, downtown Plymouth is filled with interesting shops, restaurants, businesses and activities. Each winter, Plymouth holds the annual ice carving festival. It’s a huge event each January and draws large crowds to the beautiful city. Throughout the summer, Plymouth has many events in the downtown area including the annual Art in the Park. Plymouth is a beautiful city and a delightful place to walk around and spend time with family and friends.
